Tips for Visiting the Lost Chambers Aquarium
Book tickets online in advance. Online booking guarantees skip-the-queue entry and often offers lower prices than buying at the gate.
Arrive early or go on a weekday - The aquarium welcomes a high volume of visitors on weekends and public holidays. Arriving at opening time (10:00 AM) gives you the calmest experience.
Wear comfortable shoes - There is significant walking through tunnels and chambers, so flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Bring a valid ID or passport - Required for entry when collecting or redeeming tickets.
Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome - The entire venue is fully accessible for prams and wheelchairs.
Free entry for people with a valid disability card - and one designated caregiver. Atlantis hotel guests receive complimentary access to the aquarium as part of their stay.
