Daily opening hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Allow at least 2 to 3 hours to explore all 14 chambers and 21 exhibits comfortably. If you are adding an upgrade experience such as a dive or the Fish Tales Tour, plan for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours.

Arrive early or go on a weekday - The aquarium welcomes a high volume of visitors on weekends and public holidays. Arriving at opening time (10:00 AM) gives you the calmest experience.

Wear comfortable shoes - There is significant walking through tunnels and chambers, so flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended.

No flash photography - Flash photography is strictly prohibited throughout the aquarium, as it can disturb and harm the marine animals. Your phone camera will work perfectly fine without the flash.

Bring a valid ID or passport - Required for entry when collecting or redeeming tickets.

Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome - The entire venue is fully accessible for prams and wheelchairs.
