How to Reach The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis
The Dubai Balloon's ticketing office is located at The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm. How you reach the attraction depends on whether you're staying at Atlantis, arriving by taxi or driving yourself.
By Taxi
If you're visiting The Dubai Balloon from outside Atlantis, ask your taxi or ride-hailing driver to drop you at The Avenues at Atlantis. From there, a member of the ground team can guide you to the ticketing office.
By Car
If you're driving to The Dubai Balloon, you can park at Aquaventure Waterpark. From the parking area, take the shuttle bus to the attraction's ticketing office.
From Atlantis, The Palm
Guests staying at Atlantis, The Palm can reach The Dubai Balloon through The Avenues. The ticketing office is located there, making it convenient to access the attraction while exploring the resort.
Important Information
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
- The balloon rises up to 300 meters, similar to a 100-story building.
- Food, drinks, and alcohol are not allowed onboard.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol/drugs will be denied entry.
- Pregnant women (over 3 months) and guests with serious medical conditions are not advised to participate.
- Proof of age is required for infants and children.
- All participants must sign a safety declaration.
- Flight duration is 10 minutes; however, total experience time may be longer due to boarding and queue management.
