Included in the TimeAbout Sky Views Observatory at Address Sky View Hotel
Sky Views Observatory opened in November 2021 on floors 52 and 53 of Address Sky View Hotel, featuring an 85-meter Sky Bridge connecting twin towers. Designed by engineers who worked on Burj Khalifa, this attraction offers three distinct experiences: the Observatory with its 46-meter glass walkway, the Middle East's first outdoor Glass Slide, and the hands-free Edge Walk around the tower's perimeter. Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, it provides 360-degree views of Dubai's most iconic landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Sheikh Zayed Road
What to Expect at Sky Views Observatory Dubai
Your experience begins with a high-speed glass elevator ride to Level 52, offering stunning views during the ascent. A spiral staircase leads to Level 53, where the main observatory features a 46-meter transparent glass walkway suspended between the twin towers. Walk on air while gazing at Downtown Dubai's streets far below, with unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa standing majestically nearby. The glass floor provides thrilling photo opportunities and a unique perspective of the city's geometric architecture.
The Café on the 52nd floor offers refreshments, snacks, and specialty beverages with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating. For elevated dining, Panorama 52 restaurant serves international cuisine with spectacular skyline views, including afternoon tea service from 3 PM to 7 PM. The entire experience typically takes 35-60 minutes, though you're welcome to stay longer to soak in the atmosphere.
Sky Views Observatory Glass Slide
The fully transparent Glass Slide is the first of its kind in the Middle East, propelling guests from Level 53 down to Level 52 through a see-through tube with 360-degree city views. While the slide lasts just seconds, it's an exhilarating experience suitable for ages 12-65 who meet height (120-200 cm) and weight (30-150 kg) requirements. Great news: from June 16, 2025 through April 30, 2026, the Glass Slide is included free with all Sky Views Observatory tickets (excluding public holidays), making this the perfect time to visit.
Edge Walk Experience
For ultimate thrill-seekers, the Edge Walk is a hands-free outdoor walk on a ledge encircling the tower's highest pod at 219.5 meters. Fully harnessed and guided by professionals, participants step outside with no barriers between them and the open sky, experiencing unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. This 1.5-hour experience (including safety briefing) operates daily from 11 AM to 6:30 PM and costs an additional AED 333, payable at the venue.
