Highlights
Museum of the Future Dubai is one of the most iconic and talked-about attractions in the UAE — and for good reason. From its jaw-dropping architecture adorned with Arabic calligraphy to its floor-by-floor journey into 2071, this is not a museum you observe. It is a museum you live. - Board the OSS Hope space station — a fully simulated orbital experience 600 km above Earth, complete with crew missions and spacecraft habitats

Availablity
Included in the TimeAbout Museum of the Future, Dubai
The Museum of the Future is not a traditional museum — there are no ancient artefacts, no velvet ropes, no "do not touch" signs. Opened in February 2022 by the Dubai Future Foundation, it is a living laboratory of human imagination designed to answer one question: What does tomorrow look like? The building itself sets the tone: designed by Killa Design, its hollow ellipse exterior is clad in 14,000 square metres of Arabic calligraphy quoting Sheikh Mohammed, with robots precision-cutting nearly 1,000 unique steel moulds to achieve a shape never before seen in public architecture.
Inside, five thematic floors guide visitors through outer space, ecological restoration, human wellness, near-future technology, and children's futures. Exhibits on the Tomorrow Today floor are regularly refreshed with real-world breakthroughs, meaning no two visits are ever quite the same.

What to Expect at the Museum of the Future
Your Museum of the Future experience unfolds as a top-down narrative journey across five floors, each transporting you to a completely different world in the year 2071.
Floor 5 – OSS Hope (Orbital Space Station)
Your journey begins aboard the OSS Hope, a fully immersive simulation of a space station orbiting 600 km above Earth. A space elevator whisks you up in four and a half minutes, where you can explore command centres, spacecraft habitats, and apply for fictional crew missions — from Asteroid Fleet Pilot to Junior Bio Designer. The simulated window view of Earth is one of the most photographed moments in the entire museum.
Floor 4 – The Heal Institute
The Heal Institute explores ecological restoration through a cutting-edge future research facility. You walk through a digital Amazon rainforest alive with scent and sound technology, and interact with the Vault of Life — an archive housing the genetic data of over 2,400 species. Science and nature, working together to heal the planet.
Floor 3 – Al Waha (The Oasis)
After the sensory intensity of the upper floors, Al Waha deliberately slows everything down. Using water, light, music, scent, and vibration, it delivers a multi-sensory wellness experience centred on mindfulness and spiritual well-being — a quiet reminder that the future must include stillness too.
Floor 2 – Tomorrow, Today
Tomorrow Today brings you face-to-face with real, working technologies across AI, robotics, urban mobility, and renewable energy — innovations shaping the world right now. The floor also opens onto the outer viewing deck inside the museum's hollow void, offering one of Dubai's most spectacular and unexpected skyline views.
Floor 1 – Future Heroes (Children's Zone)
Dedicated to the next generation, Future Heroes is an interactive learning zone built around Imagine, Design, and Build. Through missions, hands-on challenges, and role-play, children under 10 are encouraged to think like the problem-solvers and innovators the world will need tomorrow.
