• A valid photo ID or passport must be carried and presented at the entrance.
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
• If your location falls outside the shared pick-up zones, the operations team will coordinate with you accordingly.
• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and the guest’s location.

• For safety reasons, children must wear the safety wristband provided at the ticket booths or Information Kiosk.
• Animals and pets are not permitted inside Global Village.

• Guests using any type of wheeled equipment, including rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, or tricycles, will not be permitted entry.
• All guests must wear respectful attire at all times, with covered shoulders and covered legs (including knees) for both men and women.
• The last entry to the park is permitted only up to 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time.
• Guests aged above 65 years and children below 3 years of age are eligible for free entry.
• Value tickets are valid only on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight.
• Tuesdays are designated as family and ladies’ days, during which entry is restricted to families and women only, unless the day coincides with a public holiday.
